HighHeelShop.com.au reserves all rights to all intellectual property owned. None of the intellectual property including text, images, designs, logos, data, customised graphics shall be used by any other individual, corporation, group or organisation.
HighHeelShop.com.au web site incorporates the intellectual property of third parties under licence.
Product Information
All products are available on first come, first served basis.
All products displayed on HighHeelShop.com.au are described to the best of our ability, and the specifications provided reflect the information that has been provided to us. All reasonable care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error.
We have done our best to accurately display the colours of products, but the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and computer settings, and may not be accurate.
The prices displayed on our web site are quoted in Australian Dollars, and exclude the GST.
International customers are responsible for any duties, fees, tariffs, taxes that may be associated with your order. International customers are responsibly for complying with any international trade laws and customs laws in their respective countries.
Payments
HighHeelShop.com.au currently accepts Bank Deposits, Money Orders, PayPal, Visa and Master Card (through PayPal).
All payments are pre-paid and must be made in full.
If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, or your payment is not received within 7 days from the date you receive your order confirmation, we cannot hold goods against your order, and reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
Delivery
All of our products are posted through Australia Post. All domestic parcels are covered by transit insurance and require signature upon delivery.
We will deliver your products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your products, our carrier (Australia Post) will leave a card in your mail box, advising you to pick-up your product from your local Post Office. It is the customer’s responsibility to pick-up the parcel in a timely fashion.
Credit Card Fraud
At HighHeelShop.com.au we take credit card fraud very seriously. We will not enter into any transaction on suspicion of use of fraudulent or unauthorised credit card. This includes cancellation and or suspension of the transaction, and or prevention of delivery for the goods which are the subject of suspected illegal transaction. We will take all reasonable action required to notify relevant authorities and provide all information pertaining to the transaction to facilitate prosecution of the offender.
