Returns and Refund Policy
 
 
HighHeelShop.com.au is committed to providing our customers with quality items at affordable prices. We realise that things sometimes don’t go as expected and goods may have to be returned. If a product you buy from us is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown you are entitled to a full refund or an exchange. If you have changed your mind about a certain product you may be entitled to exchange it for a different product. If a product doesn’t fit you may be entitled to exchange it for a different size.
 
 
General Returns & Defective Items Policy
 
 
If a product you received is faulty, wrongly described, or different from a sample shown you are entitled to a full refund or an exchange. You must notify us of any problems within ten (10) days of delivery. Do not use the product/s. Any such items must be returned to us in its original condition and within twenty (20) days of delivery. All initial freight charges are paid by you and are which are refundable when the item is received by us and deemed returnable.
 
How to request a Full Refund or Exchange
 
Step 1 – Please inspect items upon receipt and notify us as soon as you discover the problem. Notification must be received within ten (10) days of delivery.
 
Step 2 – Once we receive notification, we will provide you with a return address.
 
Step 3 – Please send the item to the address provided, through Australia Post Registered Post only, within twenty (20) days of delivery.
 
Step 4 – Once the item is received by us we will inspect it. Provided it is in compliance with our ‘Defective Items Policy’, we will send you a replacement product, or issue a full refund to your original payment method, within seven (7) days.
 
 
Change of Mind Policy
 
If you are not happy with your product, or have change your mind, we are happy to exchange it, providing:
-    You notify us within seven (7) days of delivery
-    You have not used the product
-    The exchange item being sought is in stock, and is of equal or lesser value
-    You return the product to us in its original condition within fourteen (14) days of delivery
-    You pay all freight charges, including freight to and from our facility
 
How to request a Change of Mind Exchange
 
Step 1 – Please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
 
Step 2 – Once we receive notification, and confirm that the replacement product being sought is in stock and available, we will provide you with a return address, and advise on replacement product postage charges.
 
Step 3 – Please send the item to the address provided, through Australia Post Registered Post, within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Please pay postage charges for the replacement product.
 
Step 4 – Once the item is received by us, and all postage charges are paid, we will inspect the item. Provided it is in compliance with our ‘Change of Mind Policy’, we will send you a replacement product within seven (7) days.
 
 
Change of Size Policy
 
If a product you have brought from us doesn’t fit, or if you would like a smaller or a larger size you may ask for a change of size request, providing that:
-    You notify us within seven (7) days of delivery
-    The product is not used other than for the purpose of trying it on
-    The product is not damaged, and is accompanied with all the original packaging
-    A smaller or a larger size being sought is in stock and available
-    You return the original product to us strictly within fourteen (14) days of delivery
-    You pay all freight charges to our facility
 
How to request a Change of Size
 
Step 1 – Please contact us within seven (7) days.
 
Step 2 – Once we receive notification and confirm that a smaller or a larger size is available, we will provide you with a return address.
 
Step 3 – Please send the product back to us within fourteen (14) of delivery, through Australia Post Registered Post only.
 
Step 4 – Once the item is received by us, we will inspect it. Provided it is in compliance with our ‘Change of Size Policy’, we will send you a replacement product within seven (7) days.
