All of our items are sent through Australia Post’s Registered Post service. A signature on delivery is required. Transit insurance, for the full amount of your purchase, is provided.
Delivery costs will depend on buyer location. To check the cost of delivery, please add the item to the shopping cart ('add to cart' button). Please note that you are under no obligation whatsoever to buy the item you add to the cart. If you are interested in buying more than one item simply add all items you want to the cart. Then click on the 'shipping estimator' button. A new page will pop-up, asking you to enter your post code. Please enter your post code to view the applicable delivery charges. The delivery cost will also be shown to you in the checkout. A handling fee of $1 is included in the delivery cost.
We require a valid residential or work address for delivery. PO Boxes are acceptable too.
If there is no-one available to receive the goods at a time of attempted delivery, the delivery driver will leave a card at the delivery address, asking you to pick-up the parcel from the Post Office as nominated on the card. The nominated Post Office will almost always be your local Post Office. Please note that it is your responsibility to pick-up the parcel.
Delivery times vary by buyer location. Once your item has been posted, we will contact you and provide an estimated delivery time as advised by the Post.
We will usually dispatch your items within 2 business days after your payment has been received (cleared) in full. Orders are dispatched from Melbourne Victoria.

The customer is solely responsible for complying with your home country’s laws. The customer is solely responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or duties payable, and for any formal custom’s clearances and or other procedures required by the law.
Packaging
We use plain and discreet packaging so that only you will know the contents of your order. Rest assured that there is no indication of the nature of our business or the contents of the parcel. The only information displayed on the parcel is what is required by Australia Post (such as your name, your delivery address, and our discreet return address).
To save on costs and provide superior value to our customers, some of our shoes & boots may come in plastic shoe/boot boxes instead of the original heavy cardboard boxes. Please rest assured that your items will be securely packaged.
